Lovely coffee shop far from the crowd visiting Shirakawa-gÅ. There is a large selection of coffee blends and you can have a sandwich or a sweet for a reasonable price. Perfect place to have a break. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Menu was in English.

Super kind lady attending and excellent food, warm and cozy place to stop for a coffee! ♥ï¸

Very cute place with a relaxing ambiance. Preparing coffee will take around 15 minutes because the coffee is prepared like a real barista should do. Take your time while admiring how your coffe is being brewed. The cup of coffee comes with small chocolate truffle that you eat before enjoying your coffee.

It is a very classic and quiet cafe. They also provide beautiful cups for serving coffee. But you have to allow 15min for them to prepare the drink. Remember to spare enough time.

The best cup of coffee I had in Japan. Seriously. Juicy and delicious. Just watching the owner make coffee is quite a treat.

A good pitstop before walking around shirakawago village. We parked our caravan here & had breakfast after staying overnight at nearby toll stop. Better off than paying 1000yen at the designated carpark :)

Hina coffee recommend, and the sweet cake, toast are delicious. So if possible this is relax place, and chill out with friends. So if you have time to refresh yourself, that join. However come around next time. But for me this is very good place and hangout with my friends. #coffeeshophina #shirakawagovillage #majoe

Such a lovely place and an amazing host. Every detail in the tea house is authentic and cute. It's the best place to have tea/coffee in Shirakawa-go. Loved it.

Ordered 2 hot black coffee and a cheese cake. The aroma of the coffee is great. The cake average. The barista is a nice old man and the place has good ambience. Would give 4.5 stars if i could.

As a coffee-a-holic I’m in love with place. The Master is preparing the perfect cup of coffee starting with grind a beans of your choice, then the magic happend. Luckily for me I’m staying in Shirakawago for another 3,5 month and I’m planning to visit this place every week :)

I asked locals where I could have the best coffee at Shirakawago and she recommended Hina. The staff was so kind and served friendly. Noted on my wonder-tips site.

Like the decoration of this place. Tried the apple pie and Japanese cheesecake. Cheesecake was good but the apple pie was still frozen inside. I was expecting it to be warm as I saw him putting in the oven.

Closes every Wed. Just a short walk from BT. The very lovely couple owners are very passionate with what they serve and wow, the coffee aroma, beautiful cups on shelve, delicious cakes (chocolate Gateau was yummy). They live behind the Cafe and do visit the back of the Cafe which overlooks the flowing river. I misses this place and couple so much. Wish to visit again.

Recommended to start your day in Shirakawa-go by visiting this place for a cuppa, 2mins away from the bus station.

The local Hina blend was really nice and the coffee shop gave us a warm, cozy feeling. Not that many seats and the music was 50-s Sinatra and jazz. Really nice place to while away the hours especially on cold or rainy days. The senior man who prepared the drip coffee was very meticulous and you could see him brewing coffee with full of love and care.

What a lovely cafe, with such friendly and sweet staff and owner! I took a break from the long Golden Week line to the parking lot here with a coffee float (the coffee was nice and not too acidic or bitter for me), a cheesecake, and later I came back and had a hot lemonade which was actually my favorite thing. Just a note, they don’t accept credit card from what I understand, so please come prepared with cash (you should have lots anyway if you’re going to Shirakawa-go since I don’t think most of the places accept cards). The decor is very hip and cool and cozy. There’s a good number of parking spots for such a little cafe and it’s easy walking distance from Shirakawa-go, so stop by while you’re there, or leaving or coming!

Cool place. Several different grains and flavors. Likely the best place in Shirakawa-go to drink a good coffee. Nice staff too.

The owner is warm, friendly and cute:) Both the hina blend coffee and Japanese cheese cake are great. You can also find elegant flower arrangements on the tables. It must be one of our best moments to brief stay in the lovely coffee house in Shirakawa-Go.

Wonderful café near the bus station. Perfect place to get coffee while waiting. They have pretty teacup sets on display. The coffee is legit, and the pastries are great! Will be back if in the area again. â¤ï¸

We made a stop here on our way to the hostel and I absolutely loved it! The honey cinnamon toast was excellent and the accompanying fruit slices (persimmon and pear) were sweet. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone heading to Shirakawago :)
